Information We Collect
When you download and use our mobile app, some information is automatically collected relating to the electronic addresses of devices used in accessing the mobile app (e.g. IP addresses of servers), domain name, date and time of visit, pages viewed, and information downloaded. We also may utilize “cookies” which allow us to serve you better when you reuse the mobile app. See Section below “How We Use Cookie” for more details.
We may also collect:
Information that you provide directly to us by filling in forms in our mobile app, such as your name and email address.
Information that you provide directly to us by creating an account such as your name and email address.
A copy of your vaccination card, including your name, date of birth, product name/manufacturer, lot number, date(s) of vaccination and health care professional or clinic site. Note that with DigiVaxDoc, users can create a digital copy of their CDC issued vaccine card and, with the help of state agencies, Aerogami can verify that vaccine record when the copy is created. However, after it's successfully saved to a user’s mobile device, all personal information and the photo that you uploaded is erased from our server.
Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.
By submitting a telephone number to Aerogami you agree that a representative of Aerogami can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.
Use and Disclosure of Your Information
Aerogami and its licensees use the information you supply in a variety of ways. From time to time we may disclose personal information to related entities, advisers and service providers who we may engage to assist us to deliver Aerogami and its licensee services such as auditing, security and technology services. We may disclose your information as required or authorized by law.
We may disclose personal information, and you consent to us doing so, to third parties who are engaged by us to perform functions or provide products and/or services on our behalf, such as state and/or federal government agencies. We may also need to disclose it if required to conduct any investigation into you or your activities, if for example there is reason to believe that you have committed a breach of our terms and conditions. We may also disclose such information as required or permitted by any law.
If you request us not to use personal information in a particular manner, we will adopt reasonable measures to observe your request provided that you cease using our mobile app, but we may still use or disclose that information if: you do not provide us with adequate time to address your request; we subsequently notify you of the intended use or disclosure and you do not object to that use or disclosure; we believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to assist a law enforcement agency or an agency responsible for government or public security in the performance of their functions; you continue to use our mobile app; or we are required by law to disclose the information.
We will preserve the content of any e-mail you send us in relation to the above if we believe we have the legal requirement to do so.
Further, your e-mail message content in general may be monitored by us for trouble-shooting or maintenance purposes or if any form of e-mail abuse is suspected.
Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any affiliated business entities or third parties necessary to provide products and/or services to you. This includes, where applicable, third parties involved in the administration and operation of our products and/or services. To the extent we maintain any of your personal information, we may also disclose your personal information to other third parties, such as:
Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party, whether through bankruptcy proceedings or other sale or merger.
Where we are legally required to disclose your information, including, but not limited to, pursuant to a valid subpoena, order, search warrant or other law enforcement request.

Aerogami may contact you about new products, special offers and services that may be relevant to your business. You may at any time notify us if you wish not to receive any marketing communications from us or opt-out of receiving such messages via the unsubscribe button in the communication.
Right to Delete Your Information and Closing Your Account
As applicable, you can delete content that you have posted, or close your account.
If you close your account, your information will generally be removed from the Service within 24 hours. We generally delete closed account information and will de-identify any logs or other backup information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.
We may utilize “cookies” which enable us to monitor such traffic patterns and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit the mobile app. A cookie does not identify you personally, but it does identify your computer. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, and this will provide you with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance. Rejecting cookies may have the effect of limiting your access to parts of the mobile app.
We do not track our users across time or across mobile apps. We do not use flash cookies.
We have implemented appropriate security safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with industry standards. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically through our mobile app, and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
We also have differing levels of access for staff depending on the nature of the information stored, all soft and hard copies of data are kept in secure locations and our staff are trained in the proper use and protection of data.
Information that is no longer needed is either deleted or permanently de-identified if electronic or shredded if in paper form. As noted above, once users upload a digital copy of their CDC issued vaccine card and it's successfully saved to a user’s mobile device, all personal information and the photo that you uploaded is erased from our server.
Aerogami and its licensees aims to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up-to-date. To assist us, please ensure that your details on your profile are updated when information changes.
Third Party Mobile Websites
By accessing third party websites through our mobile app, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.
Users Only of Legal Age of Majority
Our mobile app is designed and intended for those who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age). By using our mobile app, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.
No one under age 13 is authorized to submit or post any information, including personally identifying information, on our mobile app. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use our mobile app. Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these terms on their behalf.
